Her career has spanned two decades of customer facing roles developing excellent administrative and communication skills to put you at ease with your queries. Vanessa prides herself on developing and implementing solutions to ensure the clients get the best possible outcome whether that be in changes to their programme in terms of ownership, payments, claims or utilising technology or the AIA Vitality programme.
A committed healthy living advocate herself, Vanessa is a Platinum member of AIA Vitality and is chief organiser of our AIA Vitality Health check days so she's your go to for all things Vitality.
