Roneta started out the Paragon filing assistant in her teenage years and has done some other temp admin work during her schooling years. In late 2021, Roneta graduated as a qualified ECE teacher and her fulltime career is for Jumpstart New Plymouth. In 2022, following purchasing her first home, Roneta took on an evening role of calling Paragon clients after hours for insurance reviews. After many years of listening to her Dad, John, on the phone talking to clients, she quickly became natural at it.
